PHOENIX– An Arizona woman who owns a Sedona listing was named the most hospitable host in the state by Airbnb.

Bhakta, who owns the Sunset Jewel, received the minimum of over 100 reviews at a five-star level in the categories of cleanliness, check-in and communication, according to a press release Wednesday.

Bhakta offers a welcoming and personalized experience by offering a chalkboard, a card, toiletries and other complementary amenities.

Her and a friend additionally care for the cleaning and sanitizing of the listing.

Bhakta has over 280 reviews at her listing and she has not received a single review less than 5 stars in the required categories.

Bhakta is the 13th Arizona host to be the top in the state, sixth most out of any state.
