In a recent article, food, drink and travel website Thrillist named Little Miss BBQ the best barbecue spot in Arizona.

Located at 4301 E. University Drive in Phoenix, Little Miss BBQ has earned the reputation as one of the best central Texas-style barbecue joints outside the Lone Star State, according to Thrillist. That’s because the owners of Little Miss BBQ have roots in central Texas, giving it an authentic taste and feel that can’t be found anywhere else in Arizona.

Smoked daily using Arizona oak and pecan on a massive offset smoker, Little Miss BBQ prides itself on producing quality meats that don’t need to stand on the shoulders of flavor-boosting BBQ sauces or rubs.

Little Miss BBQ’s brisket headlines their deep menu of carnivorous delights, but get there early, as the restaurant is only open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (or until sold out).

We want to hear from you.
