Mesa police seek public’s help to find suspects in teen’s death

PHOENIX — The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding two suspects involved in the shooting death of 17-year-old Joseph Seibold.
The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 17 in the area of Chestnut and Third Drive.
Officers arrived at the scene to find Seibold in the driver’s seat of a car with a gunshot wound. He later died from the injury, authorities said.
Of the three suspects reportedly seen fleeing the area, one juvenile suspect has been identified and charged. The other two suspects’ identities are unknown.
A witness at the scene was able to assist in a sketch of one of the suspects, who is described as a Hispanic male in his late teens with brown eyes.
