PHOENIX — Arizona-based outdoor furnishings store Paddy O’ Furniture opened a new showroom in south Scottsdale last week, the company announced.

Located on the southeast corner of 70th Street and McDowell Road, just west of Scottsdale Road, the showroom marks the company’s seventh Arizona location.

“Arizona is our home and we’re excited to continue expanding here and across the country,” Zach McMillen, company president, said in a press release.

“The south Scottsdale area has been undergoing an exciting revitalization and we’re happy to have the opportunity to guide the community to their patio bliss.”

The showroom, which opened May 6, features more than 14,000 square feet of patio furniture and rooftop parking.

Paddy O’ Furniture’s new Scottsdale showroom follows a year in which the company witnessed an increase in revenue despite the COVID-19 pandemic, as many homeowners upgraded their patios and backyards to be an essential area to provide a change of pace amid pandemic isolation, according to the release.

Along with its seven locations in Arizona, the outdoor furnishings company also has two locations in Tennessee.

The company debuted in the Valley more than 30 years ago, and its signature Bliss Cushion line is 100% American-made and manufactured in Phoenix, according to the release.
