Online auto retailer Carvana hiring for 1,000 full-time positions in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Phoenix-based online auto retailer Carvana is looking to fill 1,000 full-time customer care positions in the Valley, the company announced in a press release on Friday.

The company said the positions will be on the customer care team, which answers questions, resolves issues, guides a person through the car-buying experience and serves as an advocate during the purchase and post-purchase process.

A high school diploma or GED is required for the role, but a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, along with internet access and the ability to work full-time hours including one weekend shift.

Positions can be applied for online.

Carvana in the release said the interview process will be hosted virtually and the training programs are delivered online.

The role is remote-based, with the intention to return to the Tempe corporate office in the future.

Employees are offered full benefits, including 401k with match, paid time off, auto discounts, tuition assistance and more, according to the release.
