Allied Universal to hire hundreds for security jobs in East Valley

PHOENIX — A security and facility services company is looking to hire more than 300 security professionals in the East Valley, according to a press release on Wednesday.

Allied Universal, which employs more than 250,000 people, is holding an open house hiring event on Dec. 17 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Phoenix Premium Outlets in Chandler, near Interstate 10 and Premium Outlets Way.

People can apply online for security guard positions for outdoor patrol, financial complex, retail shopping, commercial real estate, warehouse, college campus and more. Operations manager positions and security shift supervisor jobs are also available.

“We are recruiting for all shifts for all levels of experience,” Julie De La Mora, director of recruiting for the company’s southwest region, said in the release.

A virtual interview is involved in the process.

Those who are hired for full-time positions can take advantage of company benefits including medical and dental coverage, life insurance, 401(k), holidays and more, according to the release.

The company protects more than 50,000 sites worldwide, according to the official website.
