PHOENIX — Two new tenants are coming to CityScape Phoenix in 2021 to add to the list of downtown dining and entertainment options.

RED Development announced the two new venues, called 810 Billiards & Bowling and The Yard Milkshake Bar.

“It’s a new era for dining in Phoenix and we’re thrilled to be at the forefront of bringing brand-new concepts and brands to the area in order to give those who live, work and play within the city the best-of-the-best to choose from at CityScape,” RED Development managing partner Mike Ebert said in a press release last week.

810 Billiards & Bowling is a South Carolina-based dining and bar concept featuring bowling lanes, billiards tables, an arcade, mechanical bull and live entertainment.

Opening right above the CVS store, 810 Billiards & Bowling has a menu that includes brick oven pizzas, pub-style sandwiches, appetizers and a large specialty cocktail menu.

The Yard Milkshake Bar will open next to CVS and Chico Malo in February.

It is known for its extreme milkshake creations since it opened in 2017.

The milkshake bar has 10 locations through the southern part of the country.

Both concepts will join Pigtails, Dog Haus Biergarten, Everbowl and The Phoenix Bourbon Room, which have either opened already or are planning to open in 2021.

We want to hear from you.
