The 5,420-square-foot residence on a 1.26 acre lot is located on the base of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve northwest of Tatum Boulevard and Lincoln Drive.

The home, located in the gated community of Clearwater Hills, has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and was built in 2013.
