Police seek suspect in homicide at Gilbert business in May

PHOENIX — Gilbert police are asking the public’s help to identify one of two suspects from a homicide that occurred last month at a local business.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic or Native American male with a heavy-set build that stands approximately 5-foot-8.
Authorities say 40-year-old Nicholas Cordova was found dead inside the Gilbert Air, Heating and Cooling building in the area of Cooper and Guadalupe Roads on May 27 around 5:30 p.m.
The incident is believed to be isolated.
