Pauly D of ‘Jersey Shore’ to DJ at New Year’s Eve party in Glendale

PHOENIX — Partiers in Glendale can get a little taste of the East Coast this New Year’s Eve.

DJ Pauly D, a personality on the former MTV show “Jersey Shore,” will perform a set at Westgate Entertainment District’s New Year’s Eve Live party.

The 21-and-over party will run from 8 p.m. on Dec. 31 to 2 a.m. at the shopping center’s Waterdance Plaza.

The party will also include outdoor bars, a midnight countdown and fireworks display.

General admission tickets cost $30. VIP pit tickets, which include access to a private bar and a center-stage spot for Pauly D’s performance, cost $100.

Pauly D was cast in “Jersey Shore” in 2009 and starred in the spinoff show “The Pauly D Project” in 2012.

He released his first single in 2010 and has worked with artists such as Big Sean, Jay Sean and James Kaye.
