Tired of turkey? Here are some Valley spots for National French Toast Day

PHOENIX — Tired of turkey? Besides being Thanksgiving, Thursday is National French Toast Day.

Whether you like the breakfast delight covered in chocolate or piled high with fruit, there are plenty of options for getting your fix in the Valley.

Although most restaurants are closed for Turkey Day, French toast can be celebrated any time this weekend.

And hey, maybe those Thanksgiving leftovers can be used for an easy, delicious breakfast. Pumpkin spice French toast, anyone?
