PHOENIX – A one-of-a-kind modern mansion with spectacular views in Paradise Valley recently hit the market for just under $10 million.
The 5,800-square-foot home is located on a 1.07-acre lot near the Echo Canyon area on the north side of Camelback Mountain.
Bing Hu, who studied at the Frank Lloyd Wright-founded Taliesin West architecture school in Scottsdale, designed the estate.
The steel and block construction has plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the light and provide views of the mountains and city.
The two-story house has five bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and a five-car garage.
The luxurious interior features an amethyst bar top, 10-foot slider doors, an elevator and a yoga studio.
The property boasts a children’s play area, guest house and see-through pool with glass tiles.
Built in 2015, it was first listed for $9.5 million in June. The listing was removed in July and restored at the same asking price last month.
