Here are the best spots in the Valley to celebrate National Pasta Day

PHOENIX — Here’s an excuse to fill your dinner plate with carbohydrates.

Thursday is National Pasta Day, an ode to the Italian dish that has filled stomachs since the 12th century.

Whether you like traditional spaghetti and meatballs, a cheesy chicken alfredo or a saucy vodka rigatoni, there’s a dish for you.
