PHOENIX — Freedom Financial Network is looking to hire 1,000 employees after opening the second building at its Tempe campus.

The company is looking to hire for analytics, customer service, human resources, legal and more, according to an email from a company spokesperson.

The new office building located at Rio Salado Parkway and Loop 202 was completed two months ahead of schedule.

The building has a coffee bar, a cafe and a 24-hour “micro market.”

The campus has eight electric-vehicle charging stations and Freedom-branded commuter bikes for the employees to use.

The 300,000-square-foot office campus was built to accommodate the company’s continued growth.

Founded in 2002, FFN helps people overcome debt with debt settlement, mortgage shopping, personal loans and more.

“The company has become the first business in the debt relief industry to negotiate more than $10 billion in total consumer debt,” the email said.
