PHOENIX — Saturday is National Pizza Day, and those who want to celebrate with a slice of some of the best in Phoenix won’t be disappointed.

Whether it’s deep dish, flat crust or whatever else tickles your fancy, there’s an option for anyone who wants to enjoy one of the most savory and anticipated days of the year.

No, you’ll have no problem finding a tasty slice even if pineapple on pizza is your thing.

Americans on average eat 350 slices of pizza per second and 93 percent of Americans that eat pizza eat it at least once a month, according to
