Injury forces rapper Childish Gambino to reschedule Phoenix-area concert

PHOENIX — An injury has forced popular rapper Childish Gambino to postpone an upcoming concert appearance in suburban Phoenix and several other cities.
Gila River Arena, where he was to take to the stage Tuesday, tweeted out the show had been rescheduled for Dec. 15.
Gambino, the music alias of actor Donald Glover, hurt his foot during a show last weekend in Dallas.
The Arizona Coyotes, who play their NHL home games at the Glendale arena, will be on the road starting Dec. 11. They return for a game Dec. 18.
Tickets for the original This is America tour show will be honored on the new date.

The Grammy winner’s tour kicked off Sept. 6 in Atlanta. He had played 10 dates before the injury.
His tour was set to resume Dec. 2 in Nashville, Tennessee.
