Missing Person: 46-year-old man last seen in Phoenix

A 46-year-old man went missing Saturday afternoon after having last been seen in Phoenix.

Manuel Smith was last seen in the area of North Third Avenue and West Willetta Street at about 4:30 p.m. in a gray T-shirt and black jeans.

Smith is a white male listed at 5-foot 10-inches tall and 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and a shaved head with a goatee. The picture shown was taken before he shaved his head.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, Smith suffers from a variety of medical conditions that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented.

Anyone with information involving this case is urged to contact the Phoenix PD Missing Persons Unit at 602-534-2121.
