Send your robot to stand in line for the next iPhone (VIDEO)

Robots are definitely taking over…iPhone release lines.

Apple fans were waiting in line long before the iPhone 6s hit stores on Sept. 25. They had nonhuman linemates in two instances.

Lucy Kelly was in front of the Sydney, Australia Apple store on launch day, in robotic form, according to Mashable and KGO-TV found Brianna Lempesis of San Diego doing the same thing at the Apple Store in Palo Alto, California.

Kelly told Reuters her boss gave her OK so she could keep working.

Lempesis said she was standing in line just like everyone else.

What a win for technology. But who will wait in line for the robots once they’re launched to the general public?
