• AutoNation is holding a hiring event Tuesday in Chandler. The auto retailer is looking for sales associates and service advisers. The event runs until 7 p.m. at AutoNation Honda near Gilbert and Pecos roads.

• The Phoenix New Times reports Ladera Taverna y Cocina has opened near Central and Dunlap avenues in Phoenix. The space was formerly occupied by Corbin’s Bar and Grill.
