A rollover crash on US 60 (Superstition Freeway) slowed rush hour traffic in the East Valley on Tuesday morning.

PHOENIX – A rollover crash on US 60 (Superstition Freeway) slowed rush hour traffic in the East Valley on Tuesday morning, authorities said.

One vehicle rolled over and caught fire on westbound US 60 in Mesa, between Greenfield Road and Val Vista Drive, around 7 a.m., according to ABC15.

Traffic was restricted to the right shoulder in the aftermath of the crash, creating a 4-mile backup, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

All lanes were reopened by 8:45 a.m.
