Shea Boulevard in northeast Scottsdale reopens after closure for gas leak repairs

PHOENIX – A section of Shea Boulevard in northeast Scottsdale was temporarily closed Monday morning while crews worked to repair a gas leak, authorities.

Shea Boulevard was closed in both directions between 124th and 130th streets before 6 a.m., according to the Scottsdale Police Department.

By 8 a.m., traffic was getting through again in both directions.

Construction equipment caused the gas leak, police said.
