PHOENIX – The Henry, a growing neighborhood restaurant concept with two Phoenix locations, is expanding into Scottsdale.

The latest addition to the Fox Restaurant Concepts empire is expected to open in mid-2026 at the Scottsdale 101 shopping center on the southwest corner of the Loop 101 Pima Freeway and Scottsdale Road.

A former Denny’s is being demolished so The Henry can be built from the ground up. The plans call for a 7,000-square-foot restaurant with a spacious patio and interior courtyard.

What can diners expect from The Henry in Scottsdale?

The new Scottsdale restaurant will feature the same signature cocktails, house-made pastries, weekend brunch and comfort food served at the original location in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood and the second branch in Uptown Plaza, which opened last month.

“From early-morning coffee runs to late-night cocktails, The Henry has always been about offering a space that feels like home, no matter the hour,” Sam Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, said in a press release Tuesday. “We’re excited to bring that same energy to north Scottsdale with a brand new space that captures the spirit of what makes The Henry special — great food, welcoming design and a strong sense of community.”

Fox Restaurant Concepts operates an array of other popular Arizona dining establishments, including Culinary Dropout, Flower Child, Zinburger and Olive & Ivy.
