Patsy’s New York Delicatessen set to open in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Patsy’s New York Delicatessen, a New York, Jewish-style deli, is set to open in Phoenix this spring, according to a press release. 

The restaurant is being led by Chef Joey Maggiore and the Maggiore Group, which is behind other Valley restaurants such as Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, The Sicilian Butcher and The Sicilian Baker. 

Patsy’s New York Delicatessen, located on Tatum Boulevard near Paradise Village Parkway, takes over at the former site of The Rosticceria, which closed in October 2024. The restaurant will offer guests features such as indoor and outdoor dining options and a soda bar. 

What dishes will be served at Patsy’s New York Delicatessen?

Patsy’s New York Delicatessen, which will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, will offer a menu that includes breakfast sandwiches, salads, smoked deli meats, potato knish and more. The restaurant will offer several dessert options including croissants, sugar cookies, cheesecake and chocolate cake. 

“We’re bringing Arizona its first one-of-a-kind bagel bar, featuring 14 uniquely flavored cream cheeses — from artichoke and spinach dip to Nutella, and even a signature pastrami lox schmear,” Maggiore said. “Our New York-style bagels will be made fresh in-house daily, using authentic New York water for that perfect bite.”
