Order up! Over Easy set to open new brunch spot in Goodyear

A new Over Easy in Goodyear is set to open this Saturday. The address is 1845 N. Globe Drive, which is in the GSQ district of downtown Goodyear.

PHOENIX — It’s soon going to be easier to get scrambled eggs, breakfast cocktails and various breakfast sandwiches in your belly if you live in Goodyear.

Over Easy, a local breakfast restaurant chain, is bringing its 17th location to the GSQ district of downtown Goodyear this Saturday.

The new Over Easy in Goodyear will be at 1845 N. Globe Drive.

Scottsdale-based architecture firm Social Design Studio designed the 3,200-square-foot restaurant, which features a bar and patio along with a main dining room.

It will serve the chain’s staples, such as banana nut French toast, chilaquiles, fresh salads and other breakfast meals.

Brian Terpay, the COO of Over Easy, said it’s exciting to expand further into the West Valley.

“It’s an exciting moment for us as we open our very first Goodyear location, starting off 2025 on a high note,” Terpay said in a Tuesday news release. “We’re eager to introduce our brand to this vibrant city, and we can’t wait to be part of the Goodyear community, offering great service to both new and returning customers.”

It will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. seven days a week.

New Over Easy in Goodyear part of chain expansion

It’s not the only new Over Easy opening in the Valley this year.

In fact, company owners plan to open two other locations in metro Phoenix. The first will be in north Phoenix near the Interstate 17 and Dove Valley.

The other upcoming restaurant will open in Buckeye near Interstate 10 and Verrado.

No further details were shared.

Job openings available at new Over Easy in Goodyear, other cities

By the end of the year, there will be a total number of 19 locations.

Due to this rapid expansion, the company is hiring for dozens of positions, which range from back-of-house positions like line cooks to front-of-house jobs like hosts and servers.

As of Tuesday, there are over 20 job openings at Over Easy restaurants.
