The lease terms call for the restaurant space to be delivered to Fogo de Chão by Nov. 27, 2025. The initial term of the lease is for 20 years with the option of four five-year extensions, according to county documents.
As part of the deal, Signature at SanTan Village LLC, which is Kensington Development Partners and IM Properties, agreed to not lease space or sell land at the center to any other full-service Brazilian or South American-themed steakhouse.
