Vistancia unveiling Skymark at Northpointe by Shea Homes in Peoria

PHOENIX — Vistancia will unveil Skymark at Northpointe on Saturday and allow prospective buyers to tour different homes within the community.

Shea Homes’ Skymark at Northpointe will feature five new models with nine floor plans that range between 2,185 square feet and 3,507 square feet. The price of the homes start in the mid-$600,000s and go into the mid-$800,000s.

“We are excited to introduce Skymark at Northpointe to north Peoria, offering a modern and thoughtful home design paired with one of the most elevated and scenic settings in the Valley,” Ken Peterson, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes, said in a news release.

The “Tour Above It All” event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and give the attendees the chance to walk through 15 model and quick move homes across the community, which is located near Sonoran View Drive and Vistancia Boulevard. There will also be giveaways, food trucks, refreshments and activities.

In addition, community members will be given the chance to experience the views and amenities of Northpointe at Vistancia, which is a 7,100-acre master-planned community in Peoria.

Public can also tour other homes within Vistancia in Peoria

In addition to Skymark, attendees will also be given the chance to see homes by other builders within the community.

They include two models by David Weekley Homes that have seven floor plans ranging in size from 2,371 square feet to 2,985 square feet. They are priced in the mid-$700,000s.

There will also be five models by Pulte Homes that have seven floor plans that are between 1,730 square feet and 2,821 square feet. Their prices are in the low-$500,000s.

Finally, Ridgecrest, which is a Trilogy Boutique Community, will have three models for prospective buyers to tour. They have 10 floor plans that range in size from 1,649 square feet to 3,040 square feet.

“This event is designed to give guests a true sense of what it means to live ‘above it all’ — from the views and architecture to the lifestyle experiences that define Northpointe,” Mark Hammons, general manager of Vistancia, said.
