A 10,539-square-foot estate built in 2006 sold for a record $13.3 million — the highest price for a home within the guard-gated Judson community in Paradise Valley.
The home sold within 30 days of listing by Joan Levinson of Realty One Group for $1,261.98 per square foot. Her client had the 1.2-acre property renovated bit by bit over the past several years, Levinson said.
“The prior owners did a lovely job in updating and renovating it,” Levinson said.
Older homes in good locations are still valuable to buyers, she added.
The Judson community near the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley development prides itself on a strict guard gate, she said.

Why do we allow billionaires? Give them a medal that says, "you won monopoly crony capitalism" and tax them out of existence.
