Homesite in Paradise Valley community sells for $5M in less than 48 hours

PHOENIX — A 1.5 acre lot in a new-build Paradise Valley community recently sold for its asking of price of $5 million in less than 48 hours.

The homesite is located in the Silver Sky community, a collection of 12 exclusive estates located at the foot of Mummy Mountain.

“The momentum at Silver Sky continues to build as buyers seek out homesites that offer both a phenomenal location along with architectural and community prestige,” listing agent for Silver Sky Sabrina James said in a press release Tuesday. “Silver Sky sets the bar for that unparalleled Arizona lifestyle. With limited homesites remaining, demand is showing no signs of slowing.”

James was the agent who completed the purchase for a private client, who plans to build a custom design using DNP Homes with architecture from ABL Design Studio.

The community is highlighted for its views and heightened sense of privacy. It’s also received awards for architectural excellence, according to an announcement of the sale.

There are three other lots for sale in Silver Sky.

Lot two, named Aster, has a 8,565-square-foot fully designed estate that is listed for a little under $14.5 million.

There is also lot six, called Nova, which has a 12,000-sqaure-foot fully designed award-winning estate. The asking price is almost $19.5 million.

The final lot for sale is 12, titled Helios. It is a vacant 1.3-acre parcel meant for a custom home and listed at $5 million.
