Luxury apartment complex in Peoria starts leasing ahead of May opening

PHOENIX — A new luxury apartment complex in the West Valley called Marlowe Peoria Place is now leasing ahead of its expected opening, according to the developers behind the project.

Development agency Greystar has been working to turn 88 acres of land near 83rd and Grand avenues into a live-work-play hub.

The project is expected to cost about $500 million in total and provide 600 new apartment homes, as well as additional build-to-rent homes in the area. Marlowe Peoria Place will provide 370 of those apartment homes, with first deliverances slated for this May.

“Marlowe Peoria Place was designed to offer residents a dynamic and stylish place to call home in a vibrant community at the center of it all,” Greystar Desert Managing Director for Development Billy Cundiff said in a Monday news release. “With its unbeatable location and modern amenities, this community is ideal for those who prioritize convenience and comfort.”

What amenities will the Peoria luxury apartment complex offer?

Residents will have access to:

• A full-sized pickleball court
• Two dog parks
• A pool and spa
• A 1,200-square-foot fitness center

Full completion of Marlowe Peoria Place is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Potential residents interested in preleasing can apply online.

The overall mixed-use project cut the ribbon for its first completed development, Caliber, in June 2024.
