Would it be to much to ask to provide beds/baths, square footage and prices???
Unfortunately, so long as the (R) state legislature prevents cities from being able to require more from builders, owners directly in terms of affordability, increasing supply is about all they can do. Certainly wish they could do more but it has been shown that an increase in supply—even for just those of a higher income bracket—slows the increase in prices for everyone. But AZ still has a housing shortage. Prices will go up even more without more units.
Unhoused population is one of the worst in the nation yet they're adding overpriced places like this rather than affordable housing for working families. Awesome 👍
