Homebuilder buys 218 lots at Queen Creek development

A homebuilder finalized the purchase of 218 single-family lots in Queen Creek, a real estate company announced on Thursday.

PHOENIX – A homebuilder finalized the purchase of 218 single-family lots in Queen Creek, a real estate company announced on Thursday.

The 131-acre parcel was purchased by Taylor Morrison Homes for $21 million. The lots are located in the Borgata at San Tan Heights community, which is near the southwest corner of Thompson Road and Hunt Highway.

The recent acquisition is the first step of creating the second phase of the 270-acre Borgata at San Tan Heights housing community, located in north Pinal County near the southern border of Queen Creek. Homes in the first phase are currently being built by Shea Homes and Tripoint Homes.

The community also sits next to the eastern border of San Tan Regional Park, providing a scenic view for 411 homes.

Ryan Semro, Ben Heglie, Bret Rinehart and Greg Vogel with Land Advisors Organization’s Homebuilding Team oversaw the sale. The group also represented the seller, Borgata at San Tan Heights LLC (Christopher Bennett).
