Scottsdale developer DMB sells off 308 home lots in Buckeye

DMB's sale of 308 lots at its Verrado master-planned community in Buckeye represents the largest lot sale so far in 2026, according to Jim Daniel, president of RL Brown Housing Reports.

Scottsdale-based DMB Associates Inc. sold 308 lots at its Verrado master-planned community in Buckeye for $44.5 million. The deal is Arizona’s largest lot transaction of 2026.

Kennedy Lewis Investment Management, land banker for California-based Tri Pointe Homes, bought the 308 platted and engineered lots and 61 tracts on behalf of the homebuilder, according to Tempe-based Vizzda LLC real estate database.

This transaction represents the largest lot sale so far in 2026, according to Jim Daniel, president of RL Brown Housing Reports.

Negotiating the deal were Nate Nathan, David Mullard and Casey Christensen of Scottsdale-based Nathan & Associates Inc.

It’s also the largest lot sale to date at Verrado.
