PHOENIX — A wrong-way driver arrested Tuesday morning on Interstate 10 in Phoenix was suspected to be impaired, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Dustin Jesse Rea, 36, of Tolleson was arrested for aggravated DUI, DPS said Wednesday evening in an email.
