When is the driver going to be charged for failure to look both ways before exiting a driveway. It is the driver's responsibility to yield to oncoming traffic including people on the sidewalk.
The story is a bit light on detail but:
Either the driver did not look for pedestrians/bikes before exiting the business or,
The bicyclist wasn't alert to traffic possibly exiting the business or,
Both.
Regardless, a person needlessly died to due apparent inattentiveness.
