Woman found dead in bathtub of West Valley home
A woman was discovered dead in her home's bathtub in the West Valley on Saturday morning. Phoenix PD is taking over the investigation to determine the cause.

PHOENIX — An adult woman was discovered dead in her West Valley home’s bathtub on Saturday morning, authorities said.
The Phoenix Police Department received calls for a drowning around 10:30 a.m. at a residence near 95th Drive and Heber Road.
After initial investigation, Phoenix police said the woman’s death was not a drowning and there seemed to be no foul play involved.
When the dispatched crew arrived on the scene, the woman “was beyond resuscitative measures,” according to Phoenix PD.
No other information was provided at this time.
