Multi-vehicle West Valley crash leaves 1 man, 2 children injured

PHOENIX — A man and two children were injured on Sunday after a West Valley multi-vehicle car crash, according to authorities.

Just before 8 a.m., the Phoenix Fire Department responded to a crash near 27th Ave and Encanto Boulevard.

There were four cars involved in the crash, which left three people injured.

A man and child were taken to the hospital in stable condition. A second child was taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to fire officials.

All three are expected to survive.

The investigation was turned over to the Phoenix Police Department.
