Watch your backswing: Phoenix home for sale has indoor putting course

The draw for a million dollar residence for sale in Ahwatukee is a nine-hole artificial turf putting course.

PHOENIX — Holes in the carpet would usually be a problem for home shoppers, but they’re a selling point for this unique Phoenix residence.

The 4,044-square-foot house in Ahwatukee has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, but the draw is a nine-hole artificial turf putting course.

The property was recently featured by Zillow Gone Wild, which scours the real estate site for strange listings and shares the findings on social media.

The residence is golfer’s dream come true, and not just because you can work on your putting stroke without breaking a sweat.

The home backs up to a hole on the Arizona Grand Golf Course.

Don’t fret if you like the house but aren’t obsessed with golf. The putting green can be removed if desired, according to the Zillow listing.

Other features of the house, listed in May for $1,022,900, include an owner’s suite with a soaking tub and walk-in closet, a two-sided wood burning fireplace, a resurfaced pool and a three-car garage.
