The Riva Yares Gallery, built in 1984, is part luxury residence, part art gallery and part mind-blowing — and it could be all yours for about $6 million.

“This live/work, gallery property is urban luxury living at its best,” listing agent Grant Almquist of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty said in a press release.

Located near Scottsdale and Goldwater roads, the complex consists of 5,200 square feet of gallery and office space, a 3,000-square-foot main residence with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a 1,500-square-foot adobe “Bishop’s House,” according to the release.

And it’s all within walking distance of the entertainment, dining and cultural offerings of the Scottsdale Arts District.

The listing has been up since last week with an asking price of $5,995,000.
