Two adults found with non-fatal gunshot wounds in Phoenix

Two adults suffered gunshot wounds and two small children were injured by debris or fragments in a shooting Friday evening in Phoenix, authorities said.

PHOENIX – Two adults suffered gunshot wounds and two small children were injured by debris or fragments in a shooting Friday evening in Phoenix, authorities said.

None of the injuries were considered life-threatening.

Police said the suspect fled the scene near 16th and Oak streets before officers arrived.

Witnesses told police the shooting was related to an ongoing dispute between neighbors.

A 31-year-old female and 29-year-old male were shot, and two 3-year-olds, a boy and a girl, were hurt during the incident, police said Monday.
