PHOENIX — Toy Barn is expanding its garage condo business with a new location in north Scottsdale.
The new facility within the Mack Innovation Park at Loop 101 and Bell Road will span 98,000 square feet, with 64 suites and Toy Barn’s first rooftop members-only lounge.
Construction is expected to begin in 2026, but the venue is taking reservations now.
“This premier location at the Loop 101 and Bell Road, with its proximity to DC Ranch and Silverleaf neighborhoods, allows easy accessibility to WestWorld, Scottsdale Airpark and TPC Scottsdale and will allow for member owners to have a central social hub for all of Scottsdale’s marquee events,” founder Jason Phillips said in a press release. “This community, with an exclusive roof deck lounge and views of both the McDowell and Camelback Mountains, is unrivaled by any garage condo community in the area.”
What will Toy Barn’s north Scottsdale location have?
Toy Barn provides members with luxurious private vehicle storage units along with a place to socialize.
The north Scottsdale location will have all the same amenities and security features as other locations, including minimum 20-foot ceilings, heavy-duty garage doors, climate control, Wi-Fi capabilities and plumbing. There are also personalization opportunities, including mezzanine lofts, custom cabinetry, bathrooms and custom finished floors.
Toy Barn currently has seven sold-out locations. An eighth is set to open in north Phoenix next year.
Each community has a clubhouse, kitchen and communal gathering areas.
Each unit is a privately owned garage condominium suite and governed by CC&Rs and an owner’s association. Prices vary by location.
