PHOENIX — If you are looking for love, Arizona might be the place to be.

WalletHub conducted an analysis with 182 U.S. cities using 32 figures of “dating-friendliness” to determine the best (and worst) cities for singles.

The study is broken down into three main categories: economics, fun and recreation and dating opportunities.

According to the study, both Phoenix (14) and Tucson (13) made a good impression, ranking in the top 15.

Tempe also got in on the fun, coming in at No. 16.

Other Arizona cities included Chandler (24), Scottsdale (38), Mesa (53), Glendale (84), Gilbert (87) and Peoria (118).

At No. 87, Gilbert ranked in the top 5 for lowest percentage of singles, while also claiming the top spots for most online-dating opportunities and economics. Peoria and Chandler were right behind it, ranking No. 2 and No. 3 in economics, respectively.

Among the Arizona cities, Scottsdale was the top dog for fun and recreation at No. 17, while Tucson was ranked the highest for dating opportunities at No. 18.

Even though an Arizona city didn’t claim the top spot, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Scottsdale and Peoria tied for first in lowest average of beer and wine prices.

San Francisco came in as the No. 1 city for singles, while the worst was South Burlington, Vt., according to the study.
