PHOENIX – With rents ranging from about $8,000 to over $20,000 per month, The Bergen luxury rental community in Phoenix doesn’t fit many budgets.
But that hasn’t stopped the new complex next to The Global Ambassador Hotel from leasing about half of its units within months of opening.
“The Bergen offers an experience and quality that is unlike anything else in the Valley. It’s a community that rivals those in Los Angeles, Dallas, New York and other major metropolitan cities,” Sean Zimmerman, president of Compass, the company in charge of leasing the Parisian-inspired apartments, said in a press release last week.
Thirty-one of the the building’s 58 units are still available, according to the release.
What does The Bergen offer residents?
The Bergen provides a high-end living experience at 44th Street and Camelback Road in Arcadia’s The Grove development.
The five-story Streetlights Residential project bills itself as Arizona’s most expensive luxury apartment complex.
The layouts range from 1,600 to over 3,000 square feet, with balconies and high-end finishes and features in each unit.
In addition, residents can enjoy amenities such as a 24-hour front desk, concierge and valet service, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and a second-level pool surrounded by cabanas.
“The Bergen is far from your typical rental property,” Greg Nadeau, a Streetlights Residential executive, said in the release. “Every detail, from the interior finishes and features to the round-the-clock access to concierge services, makes it feel like a high-end resort and promises an unparalleled lifestyle upgrade for residents.”
