Gun goes off during group fight near Tempe In-N-Out, leaving 1 person hospitalized
The suspect involved in the incident fled the scene and the search to find him is ongoing, authorities said.

A group of men were fighting near a Tempe In-N-Out location early Sunday morning when a gun went off and injured one of them, authorities said.
The injured man was “struck by bullet fragments” after people struggled for control of the weapon when it was pulled out, according to the Tempe Police Department.
They were taken to the hospital and have since been released.
The suspect involved in the incident fled the scene and the search to find him is ongoing, authorities said.
The fight occurred shortly after midnight near the fast-food location along Baseline Road, west of Interstate 10.

What's the difference between a "Group" fight and a gang fight???
"A group of men WAS fighting...."; not a group of men "WERE" fighting. And was it "the injured man was struck by bullet fragments", or was more than one person injured based on the reporter writing: "They were taken to the hospital..." A common occurrence in KTAR articles. Is this the station's half-hearted salute to political correctness with the use of pronouns?! And why no description of the "him or they" who fled the scene, especially since "he or they" is the suspect?
Another excuse for them to raise insurance rates. Get rid of guns.
