Silver Alert canceled for 70-year-old Gilbert man

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert for a 70-year-old Gilbert man was canceled on Tuesday night.

Lloyd Brown was located safe and in good health, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

When the alert was first issued, Brown last seen on July 31 around 10:15 p.m., leaving his home in Gilbert near Queen Creek and Higley roads.

He is a Black man, 5-foot-11, weighing 170 pounds and was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black shorts and a black hat with a veteran symbol on it.

Brown has a medical condition but it was not clear if he was taking his medication since May.
