Silver Alert canceled for 75-year-old Phoenix man with cognitive condition

PHOENIX – A Silver Alert was canceled Tuesday after a missing 75-year-old Phoenix man was found.

Ruben Antonio Felix left his home around 10:30 a.m. and was found around 5:30 p.m.

He has a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented.

He is 5-foot-7, weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Felix has a large scar stretching from his chest to his pelvic area from a previous surgery.

He was last seen wearing a grey polo, light blue Levi jeans, a green ball cap and black slippers.
