Silver Alert canceled after missing Phoenix man found safe

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Monday after a missing 28-year-old Phoenix man with a developmental delay was found safe, according to authorities.

Taylor Smith left on foot near the area of 23rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road on Thursday.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety issued the alert Monday just after 3:30 p.m. and canceled it four hours later.

No additional information was made available.
