Silver Alert canceled after 30-year-old Phoenix man with cognitive delay found safe

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Thursday for a 30-year-old man who went missing in Phoenix earlier in the day.

Andrew Lindsley had last been seen in the area of 91st and Superior avenues, possibly with a black bike, but was found safe, according to Phoenix Police.

Lindsley suffers from a cognitive delay, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Lindsley is 5-foot-6, weighs 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
