The high-end hotspot will serve up craft cocktails such as a salt and vinegar martini, along with charcoal-fired Wagyu steaks and caviar.
Another highlight of the menu is a colossal Tomahawk steak presented tableside.
“Shiv was designed to be unforgettable,” Riot Hospitality Group CEO Ryan Hibbert said in a Tuesday release. “From the theatrics of the service to the music, lighting, and atmosphere, every moment is curated to surprise and excite. It’s not just dinner… It’s a night you’ll talk about long after it ends.”
The Shiv Supper Club was developed by Riot Hospitality Group, a management group behind other renowned restaurants such as Nobu and Fat Duck.
Starting at 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, the Shiv converts into a unique tasting experience called The Dessert Room.
Guests make separate reservations to take part in tasting banana-rum filled sweets and peanut butter mousse brownies.
“Dessert is no longer the end of the meal… it’s the start of something new,” COO of Riot Hospitality Group Justin Cohen said. “The Dessert Room brings an entirely different vibe and energy to Scottsdale.”
