Scottsdale home and Flagstaff cabin hit Arizona real estate market

PHOENIX — A Scottsdale mansion hit the market and it can be all yours for just under $4 million.

The 11,786-square-foot home is located on Happy Valley Road between Pima and Alma School roads.

The five-bedroom facility comes with a long list of amenities that would make any sports junky happy. 

It comes with a temperature-controlled wine storage area, an outdoor living area complete with a heated pool and spa, a five-car garage and an entertainment center that comes with a golf simulator and bar seating. The property also comes with a 1,600-square-foot guest house.

Another home that was listed recently is a cabin in Flagstaff that is owned by former Los Angeles Angles outfielder, Tim Salmon.

The six-bedroom cabin is being listed for just under $3 million.

The cabin features a wide-open living room area that comes with two fireplaces sure to keep you warm during the winter months.

Other features include an outdoor patio and grill area that opens to a gold course, a master bedroom and bathroom and an attic area with a fireplace.

The 6,453-square-foot property is situated on a 1.43-acre lot that offers views of the pines and forest landscape.

Tim Salmon spent the entirety of his 14-year career with the Los Angeles Angels. Salmon was named the American League Rookie of the Year in 1993 and won the World Series with the team in 2002. He hit 299 career home runs and held a .282 career batting average.
