Authorities canceled a SAFE Alert for James Lyons, Sr. who went missing in Phoenix on Monday night.
James was found safe. His family was notified, said authorities.
He went missing from a home near 43rd and Myrtle avenues.
Lyons has a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused and disoriented.
SAFE Alerts have replaced Silver Alerts in Arizona as a way to spread the word about missing persons who are 65 and older and missing persons who have dementia or developmental/cognitive disabilities.
